The next time you are cleaning out your coupon binder, don't throw away those expired coupons or coupons you won't use. Simply sort them into two categories, food and non-food, and send them to Military Families overseas. They are allowed to use coupons up to 6 months after their expiration dates. Most families stationed overseas only have one person working because it is much harder to get a job in a foreign country. These coupons can be a huge help to them.
Right now I have a family in Germany who will take the coupons, give some out, and leave the extra at the Commissary for other military families. I'm also messaging a few other people I know and am hoping to have a few contacts in various regions who I can send coupons to. If you know anyone please send me their info and I can arrange to have coupons sent there as well. For right now I will be the go between person. So just send your expired coupons to me and I will pass them along. If you have time, please sort the coupons, if not just send them to me and I will.
